2. Information we collect
- Application & account data — company name, contact name, email, phone, WeChat ID, sales channels, target markets, order volume and any message you send us.
- Order & fulfilment data — the products you order and the end customer's name, delivery address and phone number that you submit so we can ship the order.
- Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited information such as the card brand, last four digits, expiry date, billing country and payment status. We never receive or store full card numbers.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and server logs collected automatically when you use the website.
- Communications — emails and messages you exchange with our team.
3. How we use information
- To review applications and open and manage distributor accounts (performance of a contract).
- To process orders, ship products, handle returns and provide customer support (performance of a contract).
- To take payments, issue receipts and invoices, and prevent fraud (contract and legitimate interests).
- To send service messages about orders, account security and changes to our terms (contract and legal obligation).
- To send product updates or offers — only where permitted, and you can opt out at any time (consent or legitimate interests).
- To keep the website secure, analyse usage and improve our services (legitimate interests).
- To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations (legal obligation).
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with:
- Stripe, to process payments (see stripe.com/privacy);
- Warehouse and carrier partners in the US and EU, who receive end-customer delivery details only to pick, pack and deliver orders;
- Service providers for hosting, email delivery and IT support, under contracts that require them to protect the data;
- Authorities or advisers where required by law, to enforce our terms or to protect rights and safety;
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
5. International transfers
We operate in the United States and the European Union, and our service providers and support team may process data in other countries, including the United States and China. When personal data from the EU/EEA or UK is transferred outside those regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep information
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years afterwards to meet tax and accounting obligations. Applications that are not approved are deleted within 24 months. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.
7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details and API keys confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
8. Your rights
- EU/EEA and UK residents (GDPR) — you may request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA) and residents of other US states with privacy laws — you may request to know, access, correct or delete your personal information, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by law.

B2BSXLJ is a business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
